Stephen Henderson
You took me on your back
All the way home from school
Some people may say
That was a stupid thing to do
But I remember you
With your wild black hair
Jeans and bumper boots
Checked shirt like a lumberjack
And your thick black
National Health Glasses
But you had to put me down once on the floor
Oh was you pride so sore - so sore
Pushing your glasses back into place
Kept your noble head down to hide your face

You took me on your back
All the way home from school
Some people may say
That was a stupid thing to do
But I remember you
But I remember you |
